Digital products
All our products are digital downloads (PDF guides). Nothing physical is sent. Your download link appears on screen as soon as payment is complete and is also emailed to you.

Your right to cancel
Under UK law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once the download has started, as long as you have agreed to this.

By completing your purchase, you agree that we can give you access to your download immediately, and you acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind after purchase.

Faulty or undelivered files
Your statutory rights are not affected. If your file doesn't arrive, won't open, is damaged, or is not as described on our website, email support@blingonabudget.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We'll fix it or send you a working copy. If we can't fix the problem within a reasonable time, we will refund you.

Accidental duplicate orders
If you accidentally buy the same product twice, email us with both order numbers and we'll refund the duplicate.

Returns
As our products are digital, there is nothing to return.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 working days to show the money in your account.

Suppliers and third parties
Any purchases you make from suppliers listed in our guides are between you and that supplier. We can't issue refunds for products, deliveries or services from third-party suppliers.
